A game for promoting the development of the teaching practice through reflections and discussions between you and your colleagues.

T-mind will guide you through individual reflections and collegial discussions in an informal and amusing way and support a continuous development of yours and your colleagues teaching practice.

T-mind invites you and your colleagues to discuss your thoughts, attitudes and values related to teaching and learning, and to bring your experience as a professional university teacher into play in professional teacher communities.

The overall purpose of the game is to..:

  • Give the participants an opportunity to externalize their tacit knowledge regarding the practice of teaching together with colleagues by clarifying faculty members’ values, attitudes and preferences related to teaching and learning.
  • Underpin the communication about- and the development of the practice of teaching, e.g. when guiding less experienced colleagues, or collaborating on teaching development with colleagues.

You will gain insight in your colleagues thoughts, attitudes and values related to teaching and learning through a process that helps you to articulate thoughts and preferences, and invites you to clarify those further through discussions.

The game consists of a game board, a set of cards and a score board.
